Music creativity

What is creativity in music? The need to express, to be heard, to share, to organise ones thoughts ?
Can it be the need to recreate a world, that one can fit into more comfortably?
Is music creativity a tool so others can see us?
Do we use this tool to achieve admiration and much needed love from others?
Is creativity a remedy to a discomfort ?
Do you feel relieved once the music has come to life, and has been shared?

I believe it is all of the above and more. It is a gift we have been given, to allow us to comprehend our existence and that of others.

You may also experience creativity in music when you interpret a composition. Some styles of music allow for more liberty than others. Musicians in jazz styles can enjoy great freedom and creativity in their interpretations. They create a dialogue of tension and release. Each chosen note is a consequence of the preceding and the immediate aftermath.

I also believe that creativity in music, only occurs when the outcome of such can be shared and felt. I would like you all to discover my guitar music, and my latest compositions. You can briefly hear them on this website, with links for purchases and downloads.
